Alpine Scramble - Mount Ellinor & Mount Washington

This was our first time scrambling Washington and our first time trying the ridge over to Ellinor. What a gorgeous mountain! Great scrambling terrain. Unfortunately, as soon as we crested the summit ridge, we discovered that the winds from the west were far stronger than the forecasted 20 mph. We opted to return on a less windy day.
