Route in great condition, road to campground has had some improvements since last year.
We left the Isput Campground at 8:00 AM after our bike ride. We departed the Northern Loop trail at 4700 feet and headed to gain the ridge at 5200 feet. From the ridge we were able to get to the summit of Tyee. We then headed east and dropped into Windy Gap. Once we found Crescent Lake we took the standard route to the ridge. The trip had something for everyone, a little rock, some steep snow, a bike ride and lots of distance. Car to car time 14 hrs.
