Raging River Trail System
A 17-mile system of trails in the Raging River State Forest just off of I-90 near Rattlesnake Mountain.
getting there
Take Exit 27 off of I-90 and turn Right. Drive 0.25 miles and park at the Snoqualmie Point Trailhead (1,080 ft).

The 11,200 acre Raging River State Forest, which includes the west slopes Rattlesnake Mountain, is a working forest which offers both timber harvesting and a diverse range of recreation opportunities including hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking on a 17-mile trail system.
INFORMATION FOR LEADERS
- Permits are required in this area for all fee-based (course-related) activities, regardless of group size. Leaders may list trips at this route/place with the understanding that they need to verify that a permit has been obtained before running the trip (if required as outlined above). Permit applications are submitted to WA Department of Natural Resources annually in December. Please contact info@mountaineers.org with any additional questions.
