Northwest Queen Anne

4 miles round trip, 900 feet of elevation gain

Start at West Boston Street & 14th Ave West above Interbay for the city streets and stairs, 206 stairs up and 308 stairs down. It's 4 miles and should take about 2 hours. This urban hike is a slightly modified version of Walk 12 in Seattle Stairway Walks.

Wilds of Queen Anne

8 mile loop, 1,720 feet of elevation gain

A neighborhood of Seattle with 22 public green areas--city parks, greenbelts, P-patches, and one university campus. This is not a wimpy hike; wear comfortable walking shoes.

Top of Queen Anne Hill

3.7 miles round trip, 260 feet of elevation gain

On this easy 3.7 mile walk through the Queen Anne neighborhood, view historic homes, thirteen Little Free Libraries, two Little Free Art Libraries, one poetry post, one children's tree house, one nifty gate/fence, and even a shishi-odoshi.

Queen Anne-Myrtle Edwards Loop

7-mile loop, 400 feet of elevation gain

This is a loop hike including views and historical areas in Queen Ann, Myrtle Edwards Park, and Centennial Park . There is an extended tour along the waterfront including great views of downtown Seattle, Mount Rainier and the Olympics. The 3rd Ave. N series of stairways are on this route.
