Phantom Lake Park has trails, fishing areas, a small dock, and is handicapped accessible. The 2.4-mile loop around the lake is a 10-foot wide paved pathway that connects to Lake Hills Greenbelt to the northwest, Weowna Park to the east, and Robinswood Park to the southwest.
