Ocean City State Park

A 170-acre state park near Ocean Shores with access to camping, clamming, diving, freshwater fishing, bird watching, beach exploration, birding and wildlife viewing.

  • North Bay Natural Preserve: a shallow bay with a network of wetland streams and mudflats abundant with birds and wildlife.
  • Ocean Shores: shopping, dining, an 18-hole golf course, and the Ocean Shores Interpretive Center that is located on the south end of town near the marina.


The Mountaineers has a commercial use permit with Washington State Parks for all free and fee-based outings at state parks. Leaders should carry a print or digital copy of our  commercial use permit to show rangers they may encounter.
