Mirror Lake
Hike to a stunning lake high in Oregon's Wallowa Mountains with Eagle Cap Peak reflected in the still water. Enjoy as a day or overnight trip to Mirror Lake and many of the other lakes in Lakes Basin.
Getting there
From OR-82 at Lostine, drive south 14.0 miles on Lostine River Road (become Forest Road 8210) to the Bowman/Frances Lake Trailhead (5,200 ft). Leave a car here if you plan a car shuttle. Continue the final 3.3 miles to the Two Pan Trailhead (5,600 ft).

Hike 7 miles and 2,000 feet of elevation gain East Lostine River to Mirror Lake. Here there are options for side trips to Ivan Carper Pass and Horton Pass, and a loop that includes Minam Lake and the West Lostine River Trail back to the trailhead.
