Stewardship Half Day - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center
Join us for a half day stewardship tidying up and weeding around the Seattle Program Center. We will start early at 8am and work till 11am to beat the heat. Volunteers help keep our program center looking good. Please join us!

We will meet in the lobby of the Program Center at 8am, do a quick introduction to the work we will be doing, then head outside.
If you have gardening hand tools, please bring them. Mostly we use hand trowels, hori hori knives, loppers, hand shears, and tree saws. I have some of these, but encourage you to bring yours if you have them. Bring a hat and a water bottle. We will mostly be weeding, some pruning, and laying drip hose.
Required Equipment
Some tools and work gloves are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own. Wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Sunscreen might also be a good idea.
