Marrowstone & Indian Islands

Sea Kayak - Marrowstone & Indian Islands

Launch from Indian Island County park ride 3.4kt current north to Point Marrowstone. If there’s something to playin we’ll spend time playing. If not we’ll continue south riding a 3-2.5kt current to south end of the island.

  • *Varies*, Sea Kayak III, Sea Kayak IV
  • Casual
  • Mileage: 15.5 nm
  • Maximum Currents: 3.6 kts
  • Pace: 2.8

I’d recommend arriving 8 o’clock with Beach huddle at 8:45 AM at Indian Island County Park.

We will be double parking in order to conserve space. It’s a very small parking area. It also has a nice concrete fixed restaurant.

Cross your fingers. Maybe we’ll have decent weather. It’s still September.

Recommend you bring a tow  belt.
