Day Hike - Kelley Hollow

This is not Kelly Hollow, it is a 12.5 mile, 2100' exploratory hike on green-dot roads in the Wenas Wildlife Area. Starting where Auduban Road becomes a green-dot road, we will travel along a wooded creek (lots of birds) and then follow a ridge up into the mostly open higher country (perhaps lots of flowers). • Strenuous
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 12.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 2,100 ft
  • Pace: 1.75-2 MPH average moving speed

9:00 at this Google maps location https://maps.app.goo.gl/msNU5PZ8PwXvni99A  or you can use these coordinates  46.8902750, -120.7964450

It's exploratory in that I have never been here and I don't know what to expect or how good it will be. Because I have not scouted and don't know the conditions, I am sticking to green-dot roads. These are roads that heavy duty vehicles can handle, so we won't have any difficulties hiking. It's a weekday, we probably won't see any vehicles.
