This Family hike will explore the birds and amphibians in this city wildlife area. This is a part of a four part Tuesday night hiking series for families.

We will meet at the trailhead on 6th street at 5:00. Specific instructions will be sent prior to the hike.
Bring your binoculars or use ours to see all the spring birds singing and nesting. We will also hang out by the wetlands and look for frogs and salamanders. Then we will take the loop trail through the forest and stop for a sack dinner (bring your own) and a surprise snack provided by the leader.Please dress for the weather.
This hike is for kids accompanied by and adult.
This activity is appropriate for kids 3 and over.
Required Equipment
Parents must bring a pack with Family Essentials, including a family first aid kit, water, spare food, and spare clothing.
All kids should bring a backpack with a waist strap if possible, their own water, spare clothes.
