2 hikes in 1. If you want to just do the Easton Ridge portion the stats are what is listed (6.5 miles and 2400'). If you want to go up Kachess Ridge too (I will be doing this no matter what) it adds 5.5 miles and 2100'). If you're carpooling, this will have to be decided beforehand to make sure the whole car is in sync.
