Depending on the locations people are coming from, there may be a meeting location in Issaquah at Tibbets Park and Ride.

We are traveling a long distance. This is going to be a long hike. The only two meeting possibilities will be Ash Way and Tibbets Field in Issaquah keep stops to a minimum. Plan on being on time to the park and ride, we will be leaving on time and will not wait if you are late. We will make pit stops along the way to the trailhead.

This will be a slow paced photography hike with frequent stops and lots of time for photographs. There are towering rock sculptures, wildflowers, multiple creek crossings, and possibilities of wildlife. Wildlife could include songbirds, raptors, vultures, canyon wrens, yellow-bellied marmots, and butterflies.

We will take the steep side trail to Wilridge Vineyard. https://wilridgewinery.com/about/yakima-at-the-vineyard

Please plan for a long day. There is no stop planned on the way home for dinner. If people are interested, I will bring an ice chest. You can bring a sandwich and drink  to keep cool during the hike. We can eat before the drive home.
