This is a single day attempt of Sahale. Participants must be in good fitness for 5500+ feet gain, 12 mi round trip, min 14 hrs car to car. The Mt Si conditioner is NOT a good indicator of fitness for this climb.

4 spots are priority to Foothills Climbing 2023 students who need a climb to graduate. 2 participant spots for volunteers of Foothills Climbing. If you satisfy one of these two conditions, you may request permission to join anytime after June 4th. For all others, please do not request permission until July 10.

What is the last activity you did in the last 2 months where you gained 4500+ feet gain and a minimum of 10 hours? How did you feel at the end of that trip
