Please read:
- This is a strenuous one day ascent with an alpine start.
- First choice date is Sat, June 14. We will move to Sun, June 15 as a backup. This trip may be canceled depending on the forecast for this weekend.
- This trip should not be your first time walking with crampons, being on a rope team, or using an ice axe.
- Good conditioning is a must. This is a single day climb for a route that is often done in 2 days. If you have not done a climb with this amount of mileage and elevation gain before, consider choosing a different climb first.
- When requesting permission, please include conditioning over the previous 2-3 months as well as previous climbs.
- All participants are expected to know the route, understand the trip plan, and speak up about any concerns before and during the trip.
- Please include the phrase 'blakely harbor' in the "Anything else to add?" section in the Google form to confirm you've read all the leader notes. Thank you!
