Alpine Scramble - Bearhead & East Bearhead Mountains

Wilkeson Town Hall, 7 AM

If you want to get a good view of the north side of Mt. Rainier this is likely one of the easiest scrambles with which to do so.

From the Summit Lake trailhead we'll take a trail to Bearhead Mountain. Beyond that we'll continue onward down an unmaintained trail  and eventually switch over to following game trails on an generally open slope to the East Bearhead summit.
