The upstream trail has been closed for over a year (noted a week before trip) so we did the downstream trail instead. This downstream trail was repaired and is in god condition to the Pratt River. Beyond that point mud becomes an issue.
This was out our inaugural class, learned a lot and will repeat next year.
Lovely lake, easy hike with many large campsites around the lake, but such a long drive from the Seattle area.
This entire area is very beautiful and well worth visiting and both peaks are fun scrambles with stunning views.
A decent scramble, with excellent views. Could be led more often.
Perfect day for this trip on the first weekend after the end of permit quotas!
A gorgeous fall day in the open and expansive high country of the NE Olympic Mountains. Grand vistas in all directions.
Great hike with wonderful view just minutes from downtown Issaquah.

A pleasant hike and a short (cold) scramble on a clear day with great views at the summit. Enjoyed a phenomenal sunset with Mt. Rainier soaked in beautiful colors.
Great group and weather made this trip very enjoyable
All paddlers cooperated and performed outstandingly well to make sure we all were able to stay together in spite of adverse conditions and using vocal, hand and (for once!) radio communication. Photo credit: Terence Soh
We participated in a one day crag climb at Frenchman Coulee (Vantage). We climbed the "Feathers" with individuals feeling comfortable with leading bolted routes. We set up top ropes for challenging routes with all climbers eager to attempt.
A cold overnight trip to loop through some scenic peaks
Sunny, cool day, clear skies, great views. Trail a stream in places but no snow. Helped non-member hiker descend.
Pleasant hike around the local watershed preserve.
Hike up the backside of Mt. Si on the Mount Teneriffe connector trail. Then back down main Mt. Si trail to Talus Loop trail and back to the Mount Teneriffe parking lot.
Lots of new snow above 4200' Rerouted trip originally listed to start at the Carbon entrance.
