Nice hike, cloudy skies but no rain, six hikes completed the hike.
It was the first day hike I have done with the organization. It was great, nice pace and nice group of members.
Climbed the snow gully, and descended the south ridge. Wore crampons from car to summit. Post hole conditions for the hike down. 11 hrs RT with 5 basic course students.
Successful trip up Big Snagtooth via the West Ridge, with snow between the trailhead/ cars to just short of the saddle between Willow and Big Snagtooth.
Excellent and highly recommended trip for Snow FT for student to spend a day learning and a day testing their mettle on the active volcano.
11 scramblers ascended Norse Peak. Weather was pleasant but cloudy on top; sunnier weather and partial views increased during the descent.
