We participated in a one day crag climb at Frenchman Coulee (Vantage). We climbed the "Feathers" with individuals feeling comfortable with leading bolted routes. We set up top ropes for challenging routes with all climbers eager to attempt.
A cold overnight trip to loop through some scenic peaks
Sunny, cool day, clear skies, great views. Trail a stream in places but no snow. Helped non-member hiker descend.
Pleasant hike around the local watershed preserve.
Hike up the backside of Mt. Si on the Mount Teneriffe connector trail. Then back down main Mt. Si trail to Talus Loop trail and back to the Mount Teneriffe parking lot.
Lots of new snow above 4200' Rerouted trip originally listed to start at the Carbon entrance.
Nice destination when trying to find a place with milder weather. Views would have been good if it had been more clear.
A bad weather workout alternate using the beautiful Barnes Creek and Happy Lake Ridge trails.
Amazing views on this crystal clear day. Fall colors and some new snow made it even more stunning.
Steep scramble with navigation challenges. The short scramble on the ridge is very fun. Since we didn't have the views, I am giving it a 3 star rating.
This turned out to be the best night paddle I’ve had yet! Photo credit: Laura Predmore
Early crisp a Fall Monday morning hike to the Ira Spring overlook with breathtaking views of Rainier and surrounding peaks.
Perfect weather for this trip. Some sun began to peak out late morning.
