Climb of the Easton in late July
Bailed from Cathedral Rock on Saturday, summitted on Sunday. Skipped Daniel.
An amazing outing on a blazing weekend.
Successful summit of Red Mountain; strong party, great weather.
I filmed my trip up Mount Storm King, make sure to watch the trip here: https://youtu.be/LFMY5As7hCc The distance of this hike is short, but don't let that fool you - this trail has a steep elevation gain and at every switchback, the altitude will weigh on you more and more. Not only that, there are ropes at the top. You should be physically fit to do this hike. It is well worth the journey with such an incredible view at the top.
Successful climb of Mount Challenger via the Eiley Wiley Ridge approach in 4 days.
great trip with no issues and good trail, snow, and rock conditions.
Grand tour of Grand Park and Berkeley Park, spending the night at Berkeley Park Camp. Perfect weather and good company. Some bugs around Lake Eleanor.
Ideal weather, and worthy scrambling, but when did this peak get so popular?
A fine evening for dinner at Dirty Harry's Balcony
Classic overnight glacier climb, great conditions. Turned around at 9,200ft saddle due to altitude sickness.
Ice axe required, tons of snow after the turnoff to Tatoosh Lakes. Bad runout on steep snow traverses.
We hiked to the Alpine Lookout on a beautiful day. The views from Nason Ridge and the summit were outstanding of the Peaks .
Great weather window resulted in perfect conditions for a beautiful scramble. Lots of people making their way up resulted in a well trodden path.
30 days later the group returns to Little T on yet another C2C
Fun alpine climb with snow travel, class 3/4 rock, and epic views.
