Snow bridges are melting out fairly quickly. Crampons or microspikes both worked for the approach and return. Snowshoes not required.
Successful loop from Milepost 21 gate, up to Boston Basin, the Quien Sabe Glacier, summit block, rap off the back, down Sahale Glacier and Sahale arm loop.

The trail is in beautiful shape. We went to the mine first - as you arrive at the mine site you will come to two campsites - the right fork goes on up to the lake and the left fork allows you to cross over a small creek and follow the unmarked trail to the mine. There is a small path that runs alongside the scree hill, making it very passable. After the mine visit we headed back down to the Tull Canyon trail head. There you will go up a pretty steep (.6 miles) section. As the trail levels off you will see the wreckage sight on your left. This was a great hot weather hike as much of the trail is shaded.
A great one day climb of Little Tahoma.

Lichtenberg Mt. from 1st hairpin turn off Smithbrook road, to Lichtenwasser Lake, then to summit.
Forest hike to alpine lake. Mud and trail debris made travel slow.
Nice snow scramble with good views and decent weather.
Attempted the Banded Glacier route of Mt Logan. Very strenuous and long climb with a variety of terrain. This area is exceptionally beautiful!
