Wonderfull day completing 3 peaks: Banshee, Main-Cowlitz and Central Cowlitz.
Talus, brush, rocky stream beds, nice rocky summit.
Great later season climb of Glacier Peak.
Beautiful day of paddling. We reviewed info about currents, and wind direction along the way. We put in at a small pubic beach at Flounder's Bay and there was ample parking. Beach was at the end of Cabana Road next to chain- linked fence surrounding private club. It is not marked.

Great trip. Not your typical slog up to the top. Since this is late season, there many challenges to enjoy!
Peaks , pika squeaks and a hazy shade of wonderful at the lake.
Trip emphasized French and Front pointing, building anchors and V threads, traversing, and leading two pitches on ice.
Fun day on the water, conditions were great, we launched from Allyn beach rather than the ramp.
Nice, scenic route with varied terrain; plenty of sweat but not technical; (not the same route as in the "100 peaks" guide.)
Fun basic rock climb in the beautiful Washington Pass area during wildfire season.
A fun late summer glacier climb in the middle of the wildfire season.
