Chef Corso has been cooking and sharing his whole life. Hailing from the Port Angeles, WA and fueled by 20+ years of experience in the restaurant and product development industries, he’s taking his chefs knife from the kitchen to the alpine lake and sharing that you can eat amazing meals in amazing locations.  He’s also a classically trained chef training in Napa Valley, CA and Northern Italy but he would rather be sitting on a ridge with a noodle bowl after a day on the trail than a fancy dinner table.  Chef Corso and the MONTyBOCA community want you to get outside, eat well while you’re doing it and sharing the tasty experience.
