3pm carpool from Tacoma, 4pm at the Trailhead

The purpose of TAC MAC Conditioning Series is to get members in shape for alpine climbing. These hikes will move at a medium-fast pace and we will gradually increase the weight carried throughout the season.


For this hike, we will aim for about 20 lb packs. If you know you are faster/fitter than most MAC members, you may choose to carry a little more. If you tend to be slower than most MAC members, you may choose to carry a little less.
