Interested in helping to teach in this year's Basic Sea Kayak Course pool or lake sessions?  This class is designed to help instructors brush up on how to teach the skills we will be teaching to our Basic Class students.  Will be held at American Lake. Note that some of our techniques evolve and it is good to get learn the latest.

You should hold the Basic Sea Kayaking badge, or equivalency. Last year's graduates are welcome to participate; you will find the information helpful to hear a second time, and we can use you as a helper!

Dress for immersion- it is likely you will get wet practicing rescues. Bring a CAG or equivalent so you stay warm when standing around onshore. Bring lunch.

Wheels are an option. The gate to the boat ramp (and car access) is unlikely to be open, and wheels are a welcome relief to get your boat to the launch.
