This is a pre-trip practice session for participation on Hakai trip. It will be running in parallel with Michael and Alison's trip but we will probably be in other areas. If you are not on the Hakai trip, you should sign up with them

Required Equipment
The kayaking essentials (see below) plus the Ten Essentials. Additional equipment may be required by the leader - please check the Leader's notes for additional information!
- Flotation in both ends of the kayak
- U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
- Paddle
- Spray skirt
- Bilge pump with flotation
- Self-rescue paddle float
- Waterproof whistle
- Appropriate clothing and immersion wear for the conditions
- Tow Belt
- VHF Radio
