Add to the skills learned in your basic sea kayaking course to move your kayak more efficiently. This on the water skills clinic is taught by an ACA certified coach. It will include stroke improvement, boat control via edging, sweep strokes, bow and stern rudders, blending strokes, draws, and some bracing practice as well. Dry suits are required. The class will take place in Bremerton rain or shine (snow cancels). Bring a lunch. Helmet required to participate in directional control game. Sea Kayaking Illustrated, beginning on page 64, will be helpful.
