This is for the later morning trip. Meet at the Rose Garden Shelter at 11am and be ready to hike at 11:15am.

This is the later morning trip with an optional lunch and exploratory rocky beach hike, if weather permits. Note the distance on this trip may be a mile longer than the early morning trip if the weather is nice.

We will be hiking in Priest Point Park to the beach at low tide to see a fun glacial outcrop! There will be slippery rocks and logs on the beach to navigate. We will probably encounter some mud on the trail and will be hiking down some wooden stairs. Be sure to bring poles for stability to help with some of the steeper areas.

There will be an optional lunch on the beach if the weather is nice and we will take an exploratory rocky beach hike in search of an ancient tree rootball in the hillside!
