Day Hike - Dewey Lake via Naches Peak Loop

Trip will initially open to Tacoma Branch Conditioning Hiking Students. Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers, based on availability, 7-10 days prior to date of the hike.

Hike start time: 4pm

Trip will initially open to Tacoma Branch Conditioning Hiking Students.  Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers, based on availability, 7-10 days prior to date of the hike.

Leader will be car camping at The Dalles Campground on Friday and Saturday night August 5 and 6. Up to five others are welcome to join in the camp, however, the USFS requires an extra vehicle fee of $8 per night, if space is available and must be paid in cash at the campground. Leader will take camping requests on a first come, first serve basis. 

This will be a loop hike on the Naches Loop with a side trip to Dewey Lake. Microspikes may be required depending on hiking conditions.
