One of Washington’s classic hikes. An easy to moderate 5-mile day hike with 1,200 feet of elevation gain. The trail winds through second growth forest with plenty of rock faces and boulders. Hikers are treated to a grand view of the Upper Snoqualmie Valley and North Bend.

Please pack your ten essentials including a snack (or early lunch) to enjoy at the top.

We will hike at an easy/moderate pace (around 2.0 mph) and take breaks to appreciate the views and photo ops. We’ll have a snack and rest at the top before retracing our steps back to the trailhead. Parts of this trail are somewhat steep and there are some obstacles (roots, large rocks) on the trail.
