Our first committee meeting with new leadership! The link to the Zoom conference was emailed to the committee, please contact Derek if you did not get it.

Our next meetings will be August 29, October 3, and December 5 (possibly a training up at the lodge). Our hope is meetings going forward will be in-person. 

The intent for these meetings are for both general planning and specific updates from subcommittees. These meetings will be agenda driven and run only 60 minutes.

  • Update on Leadership Transition (Jessica & Derek)
  • GoogleDrive, document storage & website (Jeff)
  • Facilities subcommittee: Status of bathroom, chimney, heater, and kitchen projects (Jason)
    • Status of Budget Proposals to Mountaineers Board
  • PCT Hosting (Jeff)
  • Budget Overview: Start of discussion on lodge stay pricing
  • Start Discussion on formalizing Leadership tenure and transition, Committee Member selection, Host selection (Derek)
  • Other Items?
