Seattle Backcountry Cooking and Nutrition - Cookout

An evening of cooking with Chef Corso of MONTyBOCA. Practice preparing tasty, fresh and nutritious meals designed for sustained outdoor activity. Participants will bring their own backpacking stoves and enjoy an evening meal together.
