Christian A Sidor, Ph.D on "Fossils from the bottom of the world: paleontology at the Shackleton Glacier camp". Chris is Associate Director of Research and Collections Burke Museum and Professor of Biology UW. He will take us on a visual journey to the spectacular landscapes of the Transantartic mountains where the Triassic rocks he’s studying are exposed, as we learn what it’s like to do fieldwork in Antarctica.
