Calling All Gear Heads!
The Mountaineers is building a new gear library for youth programs and we need your help. Spend the day organizing and labeling gear that will serve youth without access to the resources they need to enjoy our beautiful PNW. Join us for however long you can and RSVP for a good cause, good humor, and a darn delicious lunch.
Schedule
- 9am - Welcome to The Mountaineers Gear Library!
- 9:15 - 10:30am - Labeling gear with The Mountaineers Logo and assessing tents
- 10:30am -12pm - Labeling gear with their appropriate size code and continuing to assess tents
- 12pm - Lunch
- 12:30 - 1:30pm - Numbering camping gear and continuing to assess tents
- 1:30 - 3pm - Relabeling boots
- 3pm - Clean Up
