Attend this informational meeting to learn more about the Global Adventures trip listed for March 23-April 1 in 2019.

Late March/early April is a great time to visit Costa Rica, as bird activity is high, and the weather is good. Be amazed by the lush beauty and abundant animal life, as you photograph and hike with our biologist/naturalist. Only at this time of the year do the migratory birds stop here in their bright and colorful mating plumage and very active in the peaceful atmosphere of cloud and tropical forests with the butterflies, flowers, and animals. We will walk/hike in nature preserves, national parks and research stations.   As we explore each major region, the rain forests, the cloud forests, the hot, humid Caribbean lowlands , nature will yield a pageant of wildlife including monkeys, coatis, collared peccaries, caimans, lizards, leafcutter ants, agoutis, margay cats, jaguars, sloths, opossums, American crocodiles, white tail deer, ozelots, beautiful butterflies and hundreds of colorful tropical birds, large and small, some noisy and some with harmonious songs.

With a biologists/naturalist guide in accompaniment, we will explore, view and photograph the unique and extraordinary stunning and diverse Central American country often called the Switzerland of Central America.   We will be day-hiking, walking and boating in nature preserves, research stations and national parks.  The Global Adventures trip is all inclusive except for dinner on arrival and beverages at lunch and dinner.
