Review the process of becoming a volunteer hike and/or backpack leader, break-out groups discuss scenarios in dynamics of group leadership and communications, handling trail emergencies and club standards/leadership requirements.
There are three 2016 scheduled workshops at the Seattle Program Center, only one is required to attend for beginning the volunteer leader process.
