Conditioning for Hiking and Backpacking, Level II

At this course, Trekking Personal Trainer Sheri Goodwin will help participants take their conditioning and strength training regime to the next level, for long hikes and backpacks, building on teachings from the level I class - including dynamic warm-up, Core exercises, lower-body exercises and cool-down.
Participants will receive a handout that outlines proper progression of sets and repetitions for each exercise, and fill out a workout calendar to help them stay on track with their training program. All exercises taught in the class can be performed at home or outdoors.
This is a hands on course, be sure to bring your workout clothes!
