Climbing Movement & Fitness Clinic #2

This seminar is for climbers wanting to take it to the next level! We will cover efficient climbing technique, drills to improve your ability, and fitness and nutrition. Mercedes Pollmeier, fitness coach at the Seattle Bouldering Project and author of Simple Strength, will be leading the session and sharing her wealth of experience.

This session will be interactive and hands-on. We will be getting on the climbing wall, so bring your climbing harness, helmet, and belay device. This clinic is intended for basic climbing graduates, intermediate and crag students.

Clinic is $5.00 and you can register online!
