Have you had a trip, class, event, or adventure cancelled or postponed? Still want to be in top physical condition whenever restrictions are lifted? Talk to a trainer! Join Courtenay and Doug Schurman, co-authors of The Outdoor Athlete, contributors to Freedom of the Hills, and Peak Performance columnist and photographer for the Mountaineer magazine, for an evening session about training beyond quarantine.  This informal Q&A session with two trainers will cover what YOU most need: stress-management strategies; training tips during gym, class, and park closures; goals to keep you motivated during uncertain times; suggestions for how to gradually ramp up now so you’re ready to hit the trails. Please come ready with questions on April 29 from 5-6 p.m.
