Wilderness First Aid for Teens and Youth Club Parents - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center

A Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course hosted by the Seattle Mountaineers Youth Clubs exclusively for student members of MAC and parents of the younger youth clubs. Youth must be 14 years old in order to participate. See leader's notes for details.

  • For Beginners (Getting Started Series)

Plan on two full days starting at 8am, running to 5pm. You must stay for the entire course and will not be awarded the badge for partial attendance. More details will be released within 2 weeks of the date.

Nov, '21 update: Further registration of adults from the youth clubs is PAUSED. We need to give MAC students plenty of time to sign up for this since it is required for some of their activities and was originally devised for them. When parent registration may resume, an update will be sent to the clubs advising them registration is open for adults again.

NOTE: This WFA course is reserved for students of The Mountaineers Adventure Club and parents of the other Seattle Mountaineers youth clubs. If there is space remaining in this WFA within two weeks of the start date, we can accommodate guests.
