10:30 - 1:00 pm 

 Meet in Program Center lobby.

Learn the basics of rock climbing in a relaxed family atmosphere.  In this class, you’ll get a basic overview of the gear and learn basic climbing movements.  From here everyone will get small group instruction of how to belay as well as hands-on experience so that you will be ready to go try it out at a gym or join our open climb nights!

 

This class is designed for families with kids 7-13.  All youth must be accompanied by an adult.  Thanks!

 

  • All gear provided
  • Learn basics of equipment
  • Learn how to put on a harness and climb indoors
  • Become eligible (if you are a member) to join open climb nights
  • Ages 7 and up.
