Expect to get an early AM start for day trips, or leave the afternoon before if we decide to go climbing at Vantage or Leavenworth

Participants registering for this trip, please read the following and respond immediately upon registration using the "request leader's permission".

Leader's permission is required to ensure that you have read all of the information below before registering. To register, send a request to join indicating agreement to the note and answering questions below.

*****NOTE*****

Please only register for 1 outdoor trip per month, at first. If a given trip has open spots remaining in the final week before the date of the trip, anyone may register even if they are already registered for other trips.

1. What is your preference for this trip? Hiking/snowshoeing or climbing? Note that any climbing is highly weather dependent, but we will go hiking rain, shine, warm, or cold.

Depending on recent precipitation, our hiking destination may have snow in which case we will bring snowshoes and/or microspikes. These are available to borrow from The Mountaineers.

If weather is bad/rainy on the west side, but the majority of people want to go climbing, we can go climbing at Vantage or Leavenworth but that would require leaving the day before and camping.

2. Would you be able to leave the afternoon before this trip in order to camp and get an early start for climbing in Vantage, Leavenworth, or Tieton?

3. Is there a particular hike you would like to do or something you would like to learn about? (not required, we will be happy to choose a destination/learning topic if no one has suggestions).
