Come Join MAC on a snowshoe adventure. This trip does not have prerequisites, anyone can join! This will be a student planned trip and registering students should expect to have a meeting to make the plan and write up the trip sheet.

  • Snowshoes (Program will provide)
  • Snowshoe poles (Program will provide)
  • Boots (insulated and waterproof)
  • Gaiters if deemed necessary
  • Warm clothing and extra synthetic layers
  • Long underwear top and bottom (synthetic)
  • Wool or synthetic socks
  • Liner socks (optional, but recommended)
  • Fleece or wool sweater
  • Waterproof shell (jacket and pants, breathable with hood on jacket)
  • Waterproof gloves
  • Liner gloves
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Stocking hat (wool or synthetic)
  • Brimmed cap
  • Water (at least 2L)
