Backcountry skiing or snowboarding is a great way to enjoy the mountains in the wintertime! Skin up a mountain with us, then enjoy some incredible skiing or snowboarding downhill!
This is an advanced trip. Please read the requirements carefully before signing up!
Registration: Please limit your registration to one backcountry ski trip per month. If spots are open on an additional trip within one week of it's date, you may sign up.
Prerequisites: At least 2 years of in-bounds skiing experience and ability to ski black diamond runs (not necessarily in good style) in any conditions. You must be able to get down the hill.
Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course completed / badge.
NIKO course completed / badge.
Students will either need to have their own AT kit or rent one.
