5th grade students from John Muir Elementary School will join Mountaineers volunteers at a local park to learn about Map & Compass, follow an Awareness Trail, and complete a Service Learning Project. These are kids who get very little exposure to the outdoors and are excited to learn new things! We'll need volunteers to lead each of the activities.
