Your Gear Library Card will be valid for one year, starting on the date you join. Joining this course is one of the first steps to becoming a Gear Library cardholder. Additionally, you need to attend an orientation, sign the waiver and become a Mountaineers member, if you aren't one already. Then you'll be all set to borrow quality gear for safe and fun adventures!
