This is part 2 or the Basic Photography Course. It consists of a two sessions that combines lecture and hands-on work with your camera, and is designed so you can learn to take properly exposed and pleasing images using the skills and techniques presented.
The first session is about using the settings of the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, and ISO), to create a properly exposed image. Students will have plenty of time to practice using their own camera.
The second session with follow the same format of lecture and hands-on practice centered on composition. Learn basic techniques that create attractive, and well composed images. Students will have plenty of time to practice using their own camera.
Required Equipment
Camera, lens, charged batteries, memory card, camera's owner's manual.
We will be outside for the hand-on portion of the course. Bring snacks, water, coat, hat, and shoes for wet, soggy outdoor work.
