Basic Whitewater Packrafting Equivalency Test - Skykomish River: Sultan to Monroe

A one day outing giving participants to demonstrate skills equivalent to the Basic Whitewater Packrafting Course

The river section will be chosen in the week before this outing. Details of the meeting place will be sent to participant.  Anticipate that it will be between the Skykomish to the Sauk river and meeting time will be about 9am.

Before launching on the river, we will start with test of self-rescue skills.  Everyone must be able to climb into their packraft from deep water.  

Once we are confident in rescue, we'll move to the put-in and launch.  Through the day participants will demonstrate their proficiency with whitewater Packrafting skills.
