Mentor Session for Basic Navigation Workshop - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center

Are you a Seattle Wilderness Navigation Course student wanting additional help with with map, compass and/or GPS, or more preparedness before the field trip? If so then this hands‑on Mentor Session is for you!

In order to attend this Mentor Session you need to have first taken the In-Person Navigation Workshop. If you felt rushed or ran out of time at the Workshop then this is a great opportunity to learn map and compass skills in a less formal, laid‑back environment, or finish setting up your Gaia GPS app.
