CHS - Coast Cleanup Weekend - Pyramid Mountain

This hike is part of the Coast Cleanup Weekend. CHS hike led at a CHS 2 pace (2.0-3.0 mph). Hike up Pyramid Mountain for superb views out over Lake Crescent and the surrounding hills. WTA was here!! Recent work in March took care of a trail washout, along with clearing blowdowns, overhanging brush and overall just doing awesome trail improvement work.

Wow! WTA has recently done a ton of work on this trail so we will definitely reap the benefits of their hard work!  This is an out and back hike with some great views of the Lake Crescent Basin from the top.   We will need to cross a recently improved landslide area. WTA has done their magic and all is good.
